3730657 - SAP Commerce Cloud Local Build Failure on Intel-Based Macs

Symptom

When running the ant build command on an Intel-based Mac for SAP Commerce version 2211.47, the build process fails to complete.

The error observed during the build is:

"@smart/utils" failed to build.

The package "@esbuild/darwin-x64" could not be found, and is needed by esbuild.

This issue is consistently reproducible on Intel-based Macs, while the same build completes successfully on ARM-based Macs.
