3730681 - KSB1 does not display archived data when the selected cost center group is not unique

Symptom

When executing transaction KSB1 to read archived data, the system does not display the expected archived line items.

Typical observations are:

  • Archived documents are visible in SARI.
  • In KSB1, archived data is not returned for the selection.
  • Message KB420 - "No actual line items were selected" may be displayed.
  • The issue occurs when a cost center group is used in the selection.
