3730690 - Overhead with calculation type B is posted as a fixed amount instead of being multiplied by quantity

Symptom

In overhead calculation, the system posts the overhead rate as a fixed amount only, although the expectation is that the rate should be multiplied by a quantity.

For example, an overhead rate is maintained in transaction KK11, but the calculated overhead result shows only the maintained amount and is not multiplied by the quantity of the original cost.
