3730714 - Plan Activity not filled in KP26 after SAC retraction when unexpected VMSL data exists in ACDOCP

After plan data is retracted from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) into SAP S/4HANA and transferred from ACDOCP to classic CO planning tables, Plan Activity is not available in KP26 for direct production cost centers.

This can lead to issues during tariff calculation in KSPI, even when the activity type master data is maintained with a plan price indicator based on capacity.

The issue is typically observed in a scenario where:

• Valuation Quantity (VMSL) is used for scheduled / plan activity-related quantity
• Reference Quantity (RMSL) is used for capacity-related quantity
• transfer to classic CO tables is performed using reports such as:
  • R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_ACTOUT_2_ERP
  • R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP
