3730729 - Changing recipe header base quantity does not update operation base quantities in T-Code C202

Symptom

When a recipe is initially created with a base quantity of X, this quantity is automatically set as the default for all operations' base quantities in the operations screen. However, if the header base quantity is later updated to Y using T-Code C202, the change does not automatically update the base quantities for existing operations. Consequently, the base quantities for these operations remain unchanged at X, even after the header's update to Y. No error messages are displayed during this process.
