3730747 - WBS elements are not displayed in app W0075 (Statistical Key Figures - Actuals) when they are not assigned to a cost center

Symptom

In app W0075 – Statistical Key Figures - Actuals, WBS entries are not displayed for some users.

Instead of the expected WBS data, the application shows only “#”.

The same data may become visible when broad authorizations such as SAP_ALL are assigned.

Authorization trace may not show an obvious missing authorization object for this behavior.
