3730761 - IC Margin posting cannot be assigned to a dedicated CO object

Symptom

In an intercompany service recharge posting, the ICO margin is posted to the original receiver CO object.

A requirement may arise to post the ICO margin instead to a dedicated cost center or another dedicated CO object, for example to support internal reporting or follow-up allocation needs.

Customers may ask whether it is possible to overwrite the receiver CO object for the ICO margin directly during the original posting, or whether SAP provides a standard way to post the ICO margin to a separate CO object.
