3730776 - Budget exceeded or release inconsistency messages after using “Total Up” in transaction CJ32

When maintaining or redistributing budget release values in transaction CJ32, the system raises messages such as:

• BP603 – Budget exceeded
• BQ075 – Overall release less than cumulative release
• BQ077 – Overall budget is less than the overall release

This may occur after using the Edit → Total Up function and then choosing Check or Save.

Users may expect the system to automatically redistribute valid release values, but the entered values still need manual correction to satisfy budget control checks.
