Symptom

  • After running a Data Manager text import, most dimension member descriptions are missing or only partially loaded.
  • Descriptions appear correctly in the BPC web dimension maintenance after implementing relevant KBA 3085248 but remain missing in EPM add-in until a server-side cache refresh is performed.
