3730927 - In the Job Requisition route map, unable to add certain users using the 'Add Modifier' option - Recruiting Management

Users are unable to add certain individuals as additional approvers or modifiers within the Job Requisition template Route Map. Although the system initially appears to accept the addition through the 'Add Modifier/Approver' functionality in the route map, the selected users do not display within the route map. As a result, they are not reflected in the workflow. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Enable the “Add Modifier/Approver” functionality within the job requisition template.
2. Attempt to add users as additional approvers or modifiers.
3. When the confirmation pop‑up appears indicating that the users were added successfully, proceed to review the route map.
4. Observe that while some users are added successfully, others do not appear in the route map despite the success message. 

Some of the required RBP permissions are missing for the affected users in the route map.

Please grant the affected users the ‘User Login’ and ‘User Search’ permissions in RBP Troubleshooting. Once these permissions are assigned, you will be able to successfully add them as modifiers in the Route Map.
