Symptom

Ratings and comments do not appear in the “Print & Go” section of Interview Central after the interview assessment has been completed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. Log in to the instance. 
2. From the Admin Center, navigate to Recruiting. 
3. Click on Recruiting to open the module. 
4. Open the relevant Job Requisition. 
5. Go to the Interview Central tab. 
6. Locate the candidate and select Print & Go. 

In the Print view, observe that the submitted ratings and comments are not displayed. 

Cause

The "Print & Go" option in Interview Scheduling does not print individual competency-based interview ratings and comments.

Resolution

Steps to print interview ratings and comments are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Recruiting.
  2. Open the relevant Job Requisition.
  3. Select the candidate whose comments and ratings you want to review.
  4. Click Display Options.
  5. In the Interview section, choose the appropriate Interview Result.
  6. Save/Update the screen.
  7. Hover over the selected Interview Result and click the Print icon.
  8. Select the Print button — this will generate a printout containing all interview ratings and comments.
