3731348 - How to update an ACTIVITY via Data API?

Sometimes, you need to update an activity.
Example Scenario:

• An activity that was already planned and released has disappeared from both the dispatching board and the Planning List.
• However, when checking the Query API in FSM Admin, the activity shows an executionStage of "DISPATCHING", but the status is "OPEN" instead of "DRAFT".
