3731634 - Unclear Placeholder Text Displayed in Compliance Notification Email for Onboardees - Onboarding

During the onboarding process, onboardees receive an email notification with unclear or unreadable content.

• The email body displays placeholder text such as:
  "???ONB2COMPLIANCE_COMPLIANCE_DOCUMENT_FLOW_WAITING_NOTIFICATION_BODY???"
• The content is not properly rendered, making the message difficult to understand.

• Template Title: (ONB) Compliance Document Flow waiting notification Template
• Trigger: (ONB) Compliance Document Flow waiting notification Trigger
• Email Category: (ONB) Compliance Paperwork Category

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Process a new hire through the onboarding process.
2. Observe that the onboardee receives the "(ONB) Compliance Document Flow waiting notification Template" email showing "???ONB2COMPLIANCE_COMPLIANCE_DOCUMENT_FLOW_WAITING_NOTIFICATION_BODY???".

This is a known product issue.
