3731891 - Payment Plan Tile and Payment Program Tab Not Visible for Contract Accounts

Symptom

When accessing a Contract Account within the SAP Service Cloud Version 2 environment, you notice that the Payment Plan tile and section within the Payment Program tab is not displayed for certain contract accounts, while it is displayed for others.
