3731920 - Transition of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Active Commercialized demo tenants to matching BIZX DC - Recruiting Marketing

As a continuation of our efforts to deliver the best service possible to our customers, we are transitioning your active SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Commercialized Demo solution to match the Datacenter where your Bizx Demo tenant is located.
This means your active RMK demo tenant, if provisioned on a non co-located DC, will be transitioned from RMK70SDM to either RMK57SDM or RMK68SDM.

This Knowledge Base Article (KBA) aims to provide you with details of the transition as well as the actions required to ensure your system and configuration readiness for this data center transition. Collaborate with your technology team to review and complete the actions effectively.

Transition Schedule
The transitions will be done in batches from April 30th to May 14th.

RMK70SDM to RMK57SDM. Transition will occur from April 30th to May 14th
Transition window : 08:30 to 14:30 UTC

RMK70SDM to RMK68SDM. Transition will occur from April 30th to May 7th
 Transition window : 08:30 to 14:30 UTC

Emails are being sent to the registered contact for the affected tenants with their transition date.

Impact:
Users cannot access the RMK demo instances during the scheduled transition windows. 
Site visitors see a maintenance page. 

Integration settings and access
Note we will update the integration settings and transfer access to the new Command Center and site for existing users.

Change to IP Address
There will be changes to the IP address for the RMK service (Portal URL) based on the destination data center.
Currently, the IP address for the RMK service in RMK70SDM is 20.41.44.159
Once your instance is transitioned to RMK57SDM or RMK68SDM, the corresponding IP address for the URL will be respectively 34.110.209.107 and 4.153.136.176

Change to domain
The domains on DC70 where all Commercialized demos were originally provisioned were *.bestrunsap.com or sapsfdemojobs.com 
When transitioning to a new DC, the domain will change accordingly to  *.sd57.sapsfdemojobs.com  or *.sd68.sapsfdemojobs.com

Required Actions: If you have any allowlisting on the networks you use to access your Instance of Recruiting Marketing and/or you have any third party integrations that limit connectivity to or from our servers Please make sure you update any appropriate ACL with the new IP address.
