3731948 - “Next” Button Greyed Out when applying through Late stage apply - Recruiting Management

When a candidate attempts to apply to any Job Requisition in career site, the 'Next' button is disabled, and they cannot proceed with the application.

1. Candidate Login to the Candidate Profile.
2. Candidate search for any Job Requisition in the career site and starts to apply.
3. Candidate fills in all mandatory fields on the application form.
4. The "Next" button is greyed out and unclickable.
5. Candidate is unable to proceed to the next step or submit the application.

Instruction fields are marked as required in XML templates either in the field definition or in the permission block on the job req template if multi stage permission is in use.

To resolve the issue, ensure every "instruction" field in all templates is configured with required="false". After updating and saving those templates, refresh the OData metadata.
