3732087 - Docusign "date signed" uses account/recipient time zone instead of signer time zone during onboarding – SuccessFactors onboarding

• The "Date Signed" field in DocuSign does not respect the time zone of the signer during the onboarding process.
• The signed date in the document does not consider the location of the employee signing the document.
• The date shown in the PDF/Date Signed field is rendered according to DocuSign account/recipient time‑zone rules, not the SuccessFactors user’s time zone.
