3732413 - LA Tax - Tax Due is not shown for new Tax Rate line

Symptom

In the Louisiana Tax Report, in transaction code /PRA/RP_WORKPLACE, the Tax Due amount for Louisiana Tax Entry Code HN is visible in the system under the O1D report tab. However, the corresponding Tax Due amount does not appear in the output CSV file.
