Symptom

  • During the Start of Supply for Gas (DSO View) (DE_C_GELIGAS_SOS_DSO) process, the response message UTILMD 44002 is sent, but the Sending of Aggregated Message (UTILMD) Gas process remains in active status.
  • The Deadline for Receiving APERAK to Sending Message in DSO remains active even though the supplier received the UTILMD message.
