3732577 - "unable setup secure communication shadow to master" when connecting shadow to primary - SAP Cloud Connector

Symptom

  • While connecting the shadow instance to the primary in high availability, the connection fails. Observe the following error in scc_core log file.

Caused by: com.sap.scc.config.SccConfigurationException: java.security.KeyStoreException: Encrypt Private Key failed: Error deriving PBKDF2 keys
        at com.sap.scc.util.KeyStoreFile.setPrivateKeyEntry(KeyStoreFile.java:190)
        at com.sap.scc.util.KeyStoreFile.setPrivateKeyEntry(KeyStoreFile.java:200)
