3732634 - How to Reverse a Finished Production Order

A production order is in the Finished status and that needs to be reversed and closed.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control work center
2. Go to Production Order view
3. Enter the Production Order ID that is in the Finished Status 
   
   

1. Go to Production Control work center
2. Go to Production Order view.
3. Search and open the relevant production order ID.
4. Go to document flow
5. Select and open the Inspection
6. Choose Change status and select Inspection Cancelled
7. Choose Save.
8. In the document flow open the Production confirmations.
9. Choose Reverse Confirmations for all the production confirmations.
10. Upon completion, verify that the Document Flow reflects the status as Finished.
11. Select and open the Production Lot 
12. Choose Close Lot
13. This action will automatically close all related documents.
