3732726 - MSR_INSPWH and MSR_CRD allow creating duplicate credit memo requests due to missing lock

Symptom

  • No locking mechanism prevents concurrent processing between transactions MSR_INSPWH and MSR_CRD.
  • After saving and releasing an inspection in MSR_INSPWH (which creates a credit memo request), MSR_CRD still allows creating a second credit memo request for the same return delivery/inspection.
  • This results in duplicate credit memo requests for the same return process.
