3732934 - Error message 'Entry /EDO GENERIC_ACTION does not exist in /AIF/T_ACT (check entry)' during BC Set activation

Symptom

  1. Below Error during BC Set: ZAIF_EDOC_GLO and ZAIF_S4_EDOC_GLO  activation
    • Entry /EDO GENERIC_ACTION does not exist in /AIF/T_ACT (check entry)
  2. Due to this issue, eDocuments cannot be processed correctly.
    • Outgoing (customer) invoices fail with “Failed to send document”
    • Incoming (supplier) invoices may remain in “Sending Response Requested” or show interface errors
    • In some cases, “No implementation found for BAdI EDOC_AIF” is triggered
