3733210 - Service key shows {} and is not generated in cloud foundry when using hana-cloud-connection plan - SAP HANA Cloud

• When attempting to create or click on service keys for the HANA Cloud database in the Cloud Foundry environment, only the "{}" symbol is displayed instead of a populated service key.
• The behavior occurs when trying to create a service key for the hana-cloud-connection service (instead of hdi-shared). For Cloud Foundry, a JSON payload is required during service key creation.
