3733222 - View LinkedIn Profile option is not visible once the candidates are exported from LinkedIn RSC to ATS - Recruiting Management

Recruiters cannot see any reference to the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integration in recruiting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Both of the below conditions should be met for the user to see View Linkedin Profile option

Condition 1: LinkedIn Recruiter Seat Assignment

• The recruiter must have an active Recruiter Seat assigned within LinkedIn Recruiter
• This seat assignment must be configured on the LinkedIn side by a LinkedIn administrator with appropriate permissions .
• RSC is available for users of LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and Recruiter Professional Service (RPS); Recruiter Lite customers are not eligible
• Seat data is refreshed once daily in SuccessFactors. Any changes to LinkedIn seat assignments will be reflected after the next refresh job

Condition 2: Email Address Matching

• The email address used in the recruiter's LinkedIn account must exactly match the email address configured in their SuccessFactors user profile 
• This email matching is critical for the system to correctly associate the SuccessFactors user with their LinkedIn Recruiter account .
• If emails do not match, features like "View LinkedIn Profile" and "One-Click Export" will not function [3].

Conditional Logic

• Both conditions must be satisfied for the "View LinkedIn Profile" button to appear and function correctly
• When both conditions are met: The recruiter can click the button to view the candidate's LinkedIn profile directly from the SuccessFactors workbench.
• When conditions are not met: The button will be missing from the interface, or clicking it may result in an error message such as "No Candidate Found"
