3733226 - Error : “Email Template ABC is Not Valid” occur during Output Generation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

While generating output for an application document, the system throws the following error message:"Email template ABC is not valid."

Custom Email Template should be signed to respective Application Object and Output Type in SSCUI Assign Email Templates (ID :101945)

Follow below steps for maintaining customer account group in Manage Your Solution' app:

1. Open 'Manage Your Solution' app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.Search for the ID 101945.
3. Choose configuration activity '101945- Assign Email Template'.
4. Maintain Relevant Application Object and Output Type for Custom Email Template.

In case while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Navigate to the configurations activity tab.
4. Search for the configuration activity '101945- Assign Email Template'.
5. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
6. Maintain Relevant Application Object and Output Type for Custom Email Template.
