3733237 - Contact note (KNVK-PARAU) not updated when using CL_MD_BP_MAINTAIN from a custom program

Symptom

  • From a custom ABAP program, prepare data to update contact note KNVK-PARAU.
  • Call CL_MD_BP_MAINTAIN=>MAINTAIN to perform the update.
  • Observe that no error is raised, but the KNVK-PARAU fields are not updated in the database.
