3733248 - Colombia Withholding Taxes - DIAN350 Withholding Tax Report (CO_WHT_F350) is Empty or Shows No Data

Symptom

When you run the DIAN350 Withholding Tax Return report for Colombia using the "Run Statutory Reports" app, the report generation completes but shows no data in the output. You have verified that there are relevant withholding tax documents for the selected company code and reporting period in tables like WITH_ITEM or P_STRPWHLDGTAXITEMLOG, but these documents are not being selected by the report.
