3733294 - DB upgrade fail with "Error: sapdbctrl: Failed to store username" - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

During the upgrade unable to run below commands getting below error:

/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostctrl -user sapadm <sapadm password> -function LiveDatabaseUpdate -dbname <SID> -dbtype syb -dbuser sapsso -dbpass <sapsso password> -updatemethod Execute -updateoption TASK=SET_USER_PASSWORD -updateoption USER=SAPSSO
