3733401 - Erecruit add-on deinstallation via saint fails in phase CHECK_SWCV; uninstallation not supported when SAP_APPL is installed

Symptom

  • Deinstallation of the ERECRUIT add-on via SAINT terminates during the CHECK_SWCV phase.
  • Message indicates the process was stopped because an error occurred in phase CHECK_SWCV that requires manual changes; the ERECRUIT add-on performs its own evaluation of the local installation and its helper function ended with an error.
  • The issue is related to a process running directly in the backend system (not web applications).
  • ERECRUIT component level: SAPK617HPAINERECRUIT 617.
