Symptom
When updating the 'Full Name' field in Manage Workforce application, the business users 'Full Name' is not updated in Maintain Business Users application.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a worker in the application "Manage Workforce" and enter the required name fields including 'Full Name'.
- Use the option to create/maintain the Business User for that worker.
- Return to Manage Workforce, edit the 'Full Name' to an updated value, and save.
- Open the same user in the "Maintain Business Users" application and observe that the displayed 'Full Name' remains unchanged.
Resolution
This is currently a known gap preventing updates of the 'Full Name' from propagating to the Business Users from the "Manage Workforce" application.
A fix for this is scheduled with release 2608, please follow the upgrade schedule:
