3733453 - Business Users 'Full Name' does not update after changing it in Manage Workforce application – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When updating the 'Full Name' field in Manage Workforce application, the business users 'Full Name' is not updated in Maintain Business Users application.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a worker in the application "Manage Workforce" and enter the required name fields including 'Full Name'.
  2. Use the option to create/maintain the Business User for that worker.
  3. Return to Manage Workforce, edit the 'Full Name' to an updated value, and save.
  4. Open the same user in the "Maintain Business Users" application and observe that the displayed 'Full Name' remains unchanged.

Resolution

This is currently a known gap preventing updates of the 'Full Name' from propagating to the Business Users from the "Manage Workforce" application.

A fix for this is scheduled with release 2608, please follow the upgrade schedule:
