Symptom

  • Synchronization in the mobile app fails after running for a few minutes and shows a generic synchronization error.
  • After the first failure, the same device cannot synchronize again even after manual retries.
  • Shortly after the first failure, other users in the same work team experience the same synchronization error.
  • Backend monitoring shows locked reservations or work orders around the incident time window.
  • In some tests, a sync session timeout may occur.
