3733585 - Cost allocation start date cannot be edited in UI after Work Order date revision

Symptom

  • Timesheet submission is blocked for dates prior to the Cost Allocation start date.
  • Work Order start date was revised to an earlier date, but the Cost Allocation dates did not update.
  • Cost Allocation start date cannot be edited.
  • Only the Cost Allocation end date is editable.
  • No explicit system error is displayed, but historical dates remain outside the Cost Allocation period.
