Symptom
- In SMQ2, XBQ* qRFC inbound queues frequently remain in STOP status (hundreds per day).
- Unlocking the queues must be done manually and is time-consuming.
- Request to understand why queues switch to STOP status and how to unlock or reset them automatically via a batch job.
