3733702 - Extension Field Option Not Available in General Ledger

• The option to add an extension field is not displayed in the General Ledger – General work center view during Adaptation mode.
• When selecting Add in Adaptation mode, the error message appears
  “Extension field is not available”

1. Navigate to the General Ledger work center.
2. Open the General view.
3. In Key User Settings, start Adaptation mode.
4. When selecting Add in Adaptation mode, the error message appears
   “Extension field is not available” 

• General work center view does not support Key User Tool (KUT) extension fields
• This view is only enabled for selected views.

• This is expected system behavior: extension fields are not supported in all work center views, including the General Ledger – General view.
• If you need to add an extension field, use a work center view where the Extension Field option is available.
