3733705 - Deep Link from Legacy People Profile not working on Latest People Profile

• A Deep Link inserted on a custom card in the Manage Home Page is not navigating to the specified category that was configured on the Deep Link.
• When migrating to the Latest People Profile, the Deep Link that was configured with the structure of the Legacy People Profile does not redirect to the requested screen.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. On the Latest home page, click on a custom card that redirects to a specific category on the Legacy People Profile.
2. Check that the link is opening the Latest People Profile but is not navigating to the specified category that was indicated on the Deep Link.

The structure of the Deep Link on the Legacy People Profile is different from that on the Latest People Profile. 

The deep link set to the custom card needs to be changed considering the format of the deep links on the Latest People Profile.

These links start with the path /sf/liveprofile followed by a question mark "?" and then the parameters that contain information to specify a card or category and target user.

This is an example of a deep link that will redirect you to a specific category on the Latest People Profile:

/sf/liveprofile?categoryId=<category Id>
