3733766 - Favorites Button Missing in Template Selection Quick View within Email Editor of SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Symptom

When you try to select a template when composing an email within an entity e.g. Case, you notice that the Favorite button (star icon) is not displayed alongside the Use Template option, so you are unable to add any of the templates as favorites.
