3733816 - DRC Colombia - magnetic media 1001 report shows empty NID field

Symptom

When you generate the "Magnetic Media Format 1001" report for Colombia using the "Run Statutory Reports" app, the Tax ID (NIT/NID) field is blank for some transactions. This issue occurs in the following scenarios:

  • The transaction is associated with a Business Partner (BP) that has the role "Business Partner (Gen.)" instead of a specific FI role.
  • In a travel expense scenario, the document is posted against an employee vendor, and the third-party vendor’s NIT is stored in the Reference Key 1 (XREF1) field.
