3733841 - SCU3 shows change log entries for table T811S even when no actual business change was made

Symptom

When displaying change logs for table T811S in transaction SCU3, the system shows change log entries even though no actual business change was intentionally made to the allocation data.

In some cases, users may also receive a save prompt after reviewing allocation data without intentionally changing any values.

As a result, the SCU3 log may appear to contain “false positive” change entries for table T811S.
