3733887 - Production order planned costs are not written to ACDOCP due to missing exchange rate for currency conversion

Symptom

After costing a production order, the planned costs are calculated successfully and can be displayed in the production order cost view.
However, no corresponding entries are created in table ACDOCP.

As a result, applications or processes that read planned data from ACDOCP may not show the expected production order planned costs.
