1. Attempt to retrieve username change audit data older than three years using change audit report.
2. Observe that only the last three years of audit data are accessible; records older than three years are unavailable.

Audit/change logs older than three years are purged due to security policies and data protection measures, so historical data beyond this retention period is not available.

1. For changes within the last three years, generate the report via Change Audit Report > Create Business Data Report > User Change Report to obtain username change details (date/time, previous and new values, how the change was performed, and who performed it).
2. Verification of username changes older than three years is not possible because the related audit and backend logs are purged and no longer available.
