3734112 - Effective End Date Of Enrollments On Benefits UI

Employees are unable to view the "Effective End Date" of enrolled benefits in the Benefits Summary or Benefit Enrollment Detail page, but it can be seen on the Benefits Confirmation Statement. The desired behaviour is that, when employees enroll / are enrolled in benefits, they are able to view the effective end date of the enrollment on the central/related benefits page so they can be made aware of when the next enrollment should be filled out/completed if necessary, instead of having to navigate to the Benefits Confirmation Statement.

The 'Effective End Date' of an enrollment is not currently a field which is configured to show on the benefit / enrollment pages, nor is there any way to configure it on the same.

If you would like the 'Effective End Date' field to be visible for existing enrollments on the benefits page/card, you can submit an enhancement request (as per KBA 2090228) for this to be considered for implementation in the future.
