3734161 - Performance Forms Fail to Launch when Proxied as Another User

When logging in and proxying as another user in the system with Launch Form permissions, when the form is launched the Mass Create Form job will complete without error but the forms are not launched.

• Login with a user, for example an admin user with permissions to launch forms for a specific subject
• Proxy as another user, another example admin or user with permissions to launch form for the same subject
• Attempt to launch the form through the Launch Form tool, no error received in the Launch Form tool or the corresponding Mass Create Forms job.
• Form fails to launch

Known Issue, related to the enablement of TIH and the way proxy management handles the TIH permissions required to launch forms.

This is being investigated as a long term enhancement from engineering. Currently no planned fix or patch date is confirmed.

Workaround: Simply launch the forms while directly logged in as a user with the appropriate permissions to launch forms for the target form(s) and user(s).
