3734397 - Connect Signavio Process Governance Analytics Data to Process Intelligence

• Need to move case data from Process Governance to Process Intelligence (PINT) for process analysis.
• Want to export case events for PINT investigations and case attributes for additional insights.
• Looking for the complete steps to transfer data between both platforms.

The integration requires exporting two types of data from Process Governance and uploading them to Process Intelligence (PINT):

Data Export from Process Governance:

1. Export Case Events (Required)
   • Navigate to Process Governance → Analytics tab
   • Click "Export case events"
   • Select your target process
   • Optional: Set date filter in "Cases started between" for specific timeframes
   • Click Export (file downloads to browser)
2. Export Case Attributes (Optional)
   • Go to Analytics tab → "Create new report"
   • Select the same process used in Step 1
   • Configure columns → Add "Case / ID" (required for joining data)
   • Add other relevant columns as needed
   • Click "Download full result set"

Data Upload to Intelligence:

1. Upload to PINT Platform
   • Upload the case events CSV file as "event log"
   • Upload the case attributes CSV file as "case attribute log" to the same process
   • Important: Set merge strategy to "Overwrite"

Critical Requirements:

• Ensure all activities have names before uploading (required for successful upload)
• Use consistent date formats between exports
• Both exports must use the same process selection
• Case attributes file must include "Case / ID" column for proper data joining
