Is not possible to open a form, error:

Looks like something went wrong

Error just happens when have the latest experience of Performance Management enabled.

Reproducing the Issue

When you open the form error below is showed:

Looks like something went wrong
Please try again or contact your administrator for help.

Cause

Missing translations for En_US for rating scale.

Resolution

Is required to add English US translation for rating scale, after this is required to relaunch the form to translation take effect.
