3734476 - Custom sign-in image loses quality after being applied

Symptom

Custom sign-in image appears low-resolution after upload.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Appearance and Behavior view.
  3. Navigate to Branding tab.
  4. Select custom and upload the image.
  5. Click on save.

Resolution

For optimal results it's recommended to use images smaller than 1MB. Images larger than 1MB will be automatically compressed which may affect quality.
