3734626 - Scheduling Agreement Line Remains Open in Ariba BN After Early Delivery

Symptom

In Ariba Business Network, a Scheduling Agreement line shows the status “This is the next line to ship” even though:

  • The supplier has already delivered the material
  • Goods Receipt (GR) is posted successfully in the backend system
  • The document is transferred correctly to Ariba BN

The overall Scheduling Agreement may show status as “Received”, but specific lines remain open.
