3734732 - All Pay Components not shown in Latest People Profile view but shown in History view

Symptom

All Pay Components are not visible on the Compensation Information Portlet view but they are visible on the History view.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for user
  2. Navigate to Employment Information > Compensation Information: Not all pay components are shown
  3. If you go to the historical data, all pay components are shown there.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.



Resolution

Product Engineering team has planned a fix which will be released on 13-Apr-2026 for Preview and on 15-May-2026 for Production.
