3734775 - Position Card via Position Org Chart is Cut Off on a Small Screen (100% zoom) When Workflow Is Triggered

• The position pop-up tile is larger than the page at 100% zoom; users must zoom out (for example, to 80%) to view the entire tile.
• The issue is reproducible across multiple browsers and environments

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open Position Org Chart and create a new position (for example, same level or lower level).
2. Ensure a position creation workflow is configured so that a pending workflow information banner appears after submission.
3. Submit the position.
4. On a laptop/small screen at 100% browser zoom, observe that the position creation pop-up is cut off and extends beyond the page.
5. Zoom out (for example, to 80%) to view the full pop-up.

A UI layout issue occurs when the pending workflow information banner is displayed within the position creation pop-up, causing the content to exceed the viewport height on smaller displays at 100% zoom.

1. As a temporary workaround, reduce the browser zoom (for example, to 80%) or use a larger screen resolution to view the entire pop-up.
2. An SAP Engineering code fix has been initiated for this UI issue. This is due to be fixed with 2H 2026 release.
