3734810 - Error FH227 "Not possible to delete account since transaction data exists" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In app Manage Operating G/L Accounts, copy from one company code to another company code. Error FH227 “Not possible to delete account since transaction data exists” occurred.

• When trying to update short text and long text of G/L account, error "Not possible to delete account since transaction data exists" is raised.

The G/L account’s implementation status was set to "I" or "N" instead of "P", which blocked changes and the copy function.

Change the implementation status of the G/L account to "P" and proceed.
